What are those things you need to do everyday to improve the quality of your life?
You must learn to gradually eliminate the habit of worrying. To worry is to torment oneself with or suffer from disturbing thoughts. One good way to continuously avoid worrying is to always remember the serenity prayer, “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.”
A few of the deliberate actions that will guarantee constant improvement in your everyday life include;
- Learn to be grateful.
- Live a purpose driven life, be deliberate in your actions and inactions, be conscious in achieving your purpose in life.
- Focus on a constant development of your skills and always research on your new areas of interest with intention to acquire new skills.
- Be valuable by your influence on others. Always remember, someone else may be modelling after your behaviour and actions with the intention of replicating them as a standard in future .
- Have self discipline.
- Let your intergrity be non-negotiable.
